Lovely winemaker-dinner at Restaurant de la Treille near Lausanne (Switzerland).

- Tagliata d’entrecôte de boeuf rôtie chiffonnade de trévise au basilic with Sangiovese Dròmos L’Altro 2007
- Trio de fromages typiques de la Toscane with Dròmos 2005.
A long drive from Maremma .… but I have enjoyed very much to be there presenting our wines!!!
