Journées Bouteilles Ouvertes

I have run three fantastic tastings in Belgium where Toni Etneo has put together a great group of selected Italian wineries.

There has been an interested public both consumers and professionals.

We have been delighted by special risottos made by chef Gabriele Ferron; my favourite one: Risotto all'Amarone .. delicious.

I have presented the vintage 2005 of Dròmos and the newborn Dròmos L'Altro - Sangiovese 2006; both wines have been very well received and people came back in saying they were the best of the event.
